Cancellation/NO SHOW Policy 

Thank you for entrusting Dream Oasis Health & Wellness with your care.  When you schedule an appointment, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality of care.  We ask that you plan accordingly so that a missed or late appointment does not impede your care.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible by phone call or text No later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  Please do not attempt to cancel or reschedule your appointment via the email/text that is sent as a reminder for your appointment.

Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE! If you paid a deposit and you cancel your appointment within the 48-hour allotted time to reschedule you can use that deposit towards your rescheduled appointment. You must reschedule within 2 weeks of the original appointment date. If you don’t reschedule within that time frame your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Policy

We ask that you are on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, it will be canceled, and you will be charged a late fee of $25.

If you must cancel your appointment and have not done so prior to the 48-hour cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge the card on file $25.

Clients who have packages and are no shows or have late cancellations will be charged a $25 late fee.

*After the 3rd cancellation within the 48-hour cancellation period, we reserve the right to request payment up front for any future appointments.

*After the 3rd NO SHOW, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and/or require payment up front for any future appointments.

* Any exceptions are to be reviewed by management and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.

Payment/Returns/Refund

Because our services are typically deemed “not necessary” by most commercial insurance companies, we have chosen not to credential with any private or commercial insurance plans. Therefore, our services are cash only and payment for treatment is due at the time of your service. All packages must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstance.

Any unused portion of a package/pre-paid service may be eligible for in-office credit towards other procedures within one calendar year of your original purchase date. We do not offer any refunds on any services rendered.

Prices/Promotions

We are committed to continuously expanding our services and although we make every effort to keep our website and social media accounts/sites updated regularly, please note that services and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Special offers, like packages, etc. and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount, we will automatically give clients the discount of higher value at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to review and change without notice.
